AR Blue Clean 1015 Professional High-Pressure Washer

The AR Blue Clean 1015 is a professional high-pressure washer designed for intensive use in demanding environments such as construction, the automotive industry, workshops, car washes, agriculture and livestock farming.

It is equipped with a three-phase induction motor and a three-piston pump with ceramic pistons and a brass pump head, featuring a connecting rod–crank mechanism to ensure high performance, durability and long service life. The pump head is fitted with a Gymatic 3/B – ID flange-type pressure regulating valve, designed to simplify maintenance.

With a maximum pressure of 230 bar, a maximum water flow rate of 900 l/h and 7.4 kW power, the AR Blue Clean 1015 is ideally suited for removing even the most stubborn dirt and contamination.

One of the key advantages of this professional high-pressure washer is its exceptionally robust frame with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel cover. The four-wheel chassis with rubber wheels makes the machine easy to manoeuvre, even on uneven surfaces. A shock-resistant front bumper helps protect the unit against accidental impact and damage.

The practical design allows the operator to easily adjust the working pressure using the pressure regulator, while the current pressure can be monitored on the integrated pressure gauge. The construction also provides convenient access to the machine for routine servicing and maintenance.

The AR Blue Clean 1015 is equipped with an integrated detergent suction system.

Professional Accessories Included

• 10 m steel-braided high-pressure hose for professional use.
• High-pressure spray gun with safety lock, metal core and swivel connection. The swivel helps prevent the hose from twisting, tangling and excessive bending, extending its service life while making operation faster and more efficient.
• 56 cm steel lance with high/low-pressure washing nozzle, connected to the high-pressure gun via a threaded connection.
• High-pressure nozzle fitted to the end of the lance for producing a powerful high-pressure water jet.

Total Stop System Timed

This high-pressure washer is equipped with the Total Stop System Timed, particularly useful for applications requiring frequent starting and stopping of the machine.

When the spray gun trigger is released, the machine switches to by-pass mode for 20 seconds. During this period, operation can be resumed immediately by pressing the trigger again. This helps reduce wear on the machine and lowers energy consumption.

After 20 seconds of inactivity, the machine automatically switches to Total Stop mode.

Self-Priming Function

The self-priming function allows water to be drawn directly from a tank or other water reservoir without requiring a direct connection to the mains water supply.

To use this function, the height difference between the machine's water inlet and the lowest water level in the tank must not exceed 0.5 metres.

For optimum performance, the water level in the tank should be at the same height as, or higher than, the high-pressure washer's water inlet.
